Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

    • Brown sugar
    • Cream cheese

Directions: 

    1. Mix both ingredients until smooth and combined.
    2. Enjoy with fruit. It pairs especially well with apple slices and strawberries!

Tip: Add some cinnamon for an extra spice

 

“Baked” Cheese Crisps

Crispy is great, and cheese is delicious, but what happens when you mix the two? Perhaps we have just come upon one of the greatest panini grill foods of all time. Tip: Try this out when the panini grill isn’t too packed – or else you may have more hungry eyes than you’d like on your cooking.

Ingredients: 

    • Just cheese!

Directions: 

    1. Place the cheese slice on the grill. Mozzarella works very well, but avoid yellow American cheese – that sticks to grill and just leaves a yucky mess.
    2. Lower the top lid, hovering it just a bit above the cheese to avoid touching.
    3. Once the cheese bubbles and the edges harden, pry it up with a knife. It should come off easily.
    4. Don’t worry if your cheese crisp feels a little flimsy – just let it rest, and it will crisp up quickly. Enjoy!

Tips: Sprinkle some shredded meat on top, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle Sriracha sauce for an extra kick!

 

Cheesy Bread Roll

Ingredients: 

    • Cheese of your choice
    • Bread of your choice

Directions:

    1. Flatten a slice of bread into a thin layer with your fingers.
    2. Lay the cheese slices on top and roll it together like a sushi roll.
    3. Grill until the cheese poking out melts.

Tips: Try swapping the cheese with sweet ingredients for a quick dessert, like brown sugar and cream cheese for a French toast roll, or strawberry and cream cheese for a strawberry cheesecake roll.
